Is an Adrenaline Cocktail Right for You?

A popular remedy you might come across is the adrenal cocktail, which typically includes orange juice, cream of tartar, and sea salt. This refreshing mix provides vitamin C and other minerals that support adrenal health. However, if you have diabetes or are pre-diabetic, orange juice may not be ideal. Adrenal Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. coconut water

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Optional:

  • 1 scoop of unflavored collagen powder

  • Juice of 1/2 lime or lemon for extra vitamin C

  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut cream


Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients on high until smooth, about 60 seconds.

  2. Strain through a metal strainer.


  3. Voila! you have a refreshing "cocktail". Enjoy your healthy cocktail and celebrate your adrenal health!



Coconut water
Coconut water is rich in potassium and contains essential electrolytes like sodium, magnesium, and calcium.
